I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture in Dec 2018
Interview
I was contacted by two different recruiters to go over the recruitment process. The recruiters are extremely helpful and cordial. There were two rounds of interviews. The first one was technical and did not require any coding. I was asked a bunch of OOP and general programming questions, which anyone with more than an elementary level of understanding of programming should be able to answer easily. The second (closing) interview was with a senior manager and at that point you should have the job locked in unless they have any reason to doubt your ability to perform or fit into the culture. The entire process is extremely easy and simple, but is probably like this only for the lower level positions. I was given an offer but declined because they pay much lower than other companies.

The interview experience was very smooth and positive. The interviewer was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the conversation. The coding questions were interesting and enjoyable to solve, and the overall process was well-structured. It was a great interview experience, and I really appreciate the opportunity.

Question 1
Asked me about my past experiences and work titles
On campus drive where students were selected at random. So it was based on luck totally. 3 rounds one aptitude one hr one technical. Difficulty was medium so basically it was overally a good experience. Nothing so hard to prepare if you are already have decent grade and an average student it would be over par.
