The first round is a behavioral interview that was super laid back. They asked about my resume and work experience and what I knew about Accenture and my perceptions of the company.

they start out with a phone screening. after that i was given the final round which consisted of a case portion and a behavioral interview. the case was a presentation that you got 3 days to prepare for which was different than the usual case interviews consulting companjes give out

Interview
The interview was a two-three step proces overall. I went through two behavioral interviews and one Case interview which was not that bad. The behavioral asked basic get to know you questions and the othe case the lady walked through the case with me.
