Interview
I attended the interview in Mar 2011. As I want through elitmus so I don't have to appear for written (Aptitude) round. For me the interview process started with Group discussion round and our topic was transport system in India. GD went pretty well and anyone who gave a good information about the topic got selected.. They were basically looking for the communication skill and the understanding of topic.
After GD there was one technical interview, which went pretty good for me. They asked questions related to my projects written on CV and some of the database questions like Normalization.
Finally there was HR interview, which was kind of formality and they asked very simple question related to how comfortable I am with the work location and etc. Rejection was from HR round was only 1%.
And finally I got selected.

I didn't find any question very difficult. But yeah there was one unexpected question in HR round "What is the name of Prime Minister of Pakistan?".
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
Had long aptitude rounds followed by 3 coding questions. All were pretty easy. Followed by a 10 minute interview held online, not technical, just asked personal questions. The coding questions had web design (HTML & CSS), basic DSA (python, C# or java)
