graduates must have 3.2 GPA, worked during college and/or was significantly active on Campus in Leadership role. First phone interview 30 minutes to discuss experiences to make sure these minimum requirements were achieved. 2nd performance factors, 3rd in office confirming interview with executive.

Performance factor interview asks question about Biggest failure and how did you handle it. Interviewer asked for specific examples, what did I feel, think, say throughout my response to make sure they got a clear picture of the situation. Very difficult and interrupted frequently.
Good and user friendly. Easy and clear timeliness Provided by the HR. I did not face any challenges during the interview. Even their interview app is easy to use with good connectivity.
