Technical round needs preperations. main question was ." How a telecom industry works". they expect candidate to have a 70-60% knowledge in networking. doesnot appriciate non streamers like a mechanical engineer wont get the job without proper knowledge.. they took 8 straight hours to interview 20 candidates.
