I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture (Pune) in Dec 2010
Interview
There was an on campus IQ test involved at the start. That went for about an hour. After that there was some essay test (current IT trends). That was followed by 15 min HR interview. The interviewer asked some hypothetical questions and was interested in how responded to certain situations. The technical interview was not tough as i was mostly asked about my academic projects. Some basic questions on C and data structures were asked. I was also asked whether i knew object oriented programming.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Nothing very difficult was asked. The recruitment process was very generic.
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
Had long aptitude rounds followed by 3 coding questions. All were pretty easy. Followed by a 10 minute interview held online, not technical, just asked personal questions. The coding questions had web design (HTML & CSS), basic DSA (python, C# or java)
Initial aptitude round will be there, once after clearing that round we will be moved to next technical round where we have to introduce ourselves
About my project in engineering ,asked to describe it and my role in that
Communication skills were checked
