I applied through university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Austin, TX) in Sep 2017
Interview
I had two rounds. The first round was a straightforward behavioral interview and the second consisted of a case study and closing interview. The behavioral interview was just to see if we were a good fit and the case interview was to test how we could think under pressure. The closing interview was to provide additional company info.

Question 1
Why do you want to work for accenture? What do you know about accenture? Tell me about yourself.
Recruiter screen then 2 back to back 1 hour interviews. With some cases, some behavioral, and a presentation. It was not too bad, I had a good time with the two people interviewing me.
The process starts with a 15-30 minute phone screen with a recruiter that confirms your eligibility for the internship + additional behavioral / experience questions (i.e., do you have experience with working with Client data? What programming languages do you use? Tell me about a time you faced a challenging situation).
After the phone-screen, your recruiter will schedule two back-to-back interviews with two executives. The first interview is a Strength & Skills interview that will rapidly ask you behavioral questions (i.e., tell me about a time you worked on a difficult task; how did you approach it?, tell me about machine learning / cybersecurity, how would you approach a difficult client or situation?).
The next interview is in a similar fashion; however, it is a Showcase & Scenarios interview. This means that you're expected to present a technical topic for around 30 minutes and engage with your interviewer. Additionally, you're going to answer some questions regarding your interest in the company and how you approach different situations (i.e., difficult situations, clients, your co-workers, etc.)
Be yourself and show that you want to be there!
Phone Screen with recruiter, basic self introduction and behavioral questions. Had time to ask questions and gave an overview of potential next steps. Definitely not difficult at all, just practice different behavioral questions and have stories that are possible for pivoting.
