      Einstündiges Online Interview mit Fragen zur Person, Verhalten in bestimmten Situationen und zur Kompetenz. Zuerst sollte man über sich selbst erzählen und anschließend nennen aus welchem Grund man sich für die Stelle beworben hat. Dann wurden Fragen zum Beruf gestellt und wie die Persönlichkeit des angestellten aussehen sollte. Anschließend wurde man mit Persönlichkeits- und Verhaltensfragen konfrontiert. Nach dem Persönlichkeitscheck wurden Fragen über die praktische und akademische Erfahrung gestellt.

      They had given timing for interview from 5pm to 6pm. I arrived at 4.45pm. Interviewer texted me at 5.15pm to say she has over run a meeting and would be done soon. But I was only called in at 5.50pm. The staff in the office had already left before I was called in. Made me wait close to an hour and it was an internal staff that was in the meeting. If they cant respect a candidate I dont expect respect as a staff.
