Hiring was through campus & was mass recruitment.
70% & above in BE have direct HR + tech interviews.Rest of the applicants have to initially face a CBT aptitude test.
Tech interview is medium difficulty level.
HR pi depends upon the level of exposure of candidate to the outside world.

Question 1
One difficult decision that u took as an individual & do you regret it or not now?
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
