I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture (West Delhi, NY) in Sep 2015
Interview
It was an on campus process and included the following :
An online test which is average and majority of the students clear it. And moreover they keep the cut off low when they come for mass hiring.
Second, there was an interview with a panel which was both technical and HR. It focused on the projects done in these four years and majorly on your communication skills.
It is easy to get through if you are confident enough of your skills and experiences.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. Introduce yourself - Highlight of the Interview
2. A JAM topic on politics
3. Tell me about all your projects
4. Experience which changed your life.
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
