Highly unprofessional candidate care after completing all interview rounds and document collection.
I applied for a software engineering position and went through the entire recruitment pipeline. My Workday portal officially marked my status as "Interviews Completed," and I fully finished the "Document Collection" stage as requested by their onboarding team.
After weeks of waiting in limbo with no proactive updates, I reached out to their official candidate query helpdesk to ask for a definitive status update on my application. Instead of receiving a human response or a clear update on next steps, I received a careless, copy-pasted template instructing me on how to manually withdraw my application from the portal. As visible in the communication from their recruitment helpdesk, they explicitly guided me to click "Withdraw Application" simply because my profile was active.
It is incredibly disheartening to see a company of this scale treat candidates' time, effort, and trust with such complete disregard. Spending months navigating an interview process only to be met with automated indifference at the final stage is completely unacceptable. If you are applying here, be prepared for massive administrative communication gaps and a total lack of transparency from the recruitment team.
