The second round was a managerial interview conducted virtually but in office location, focusing on project responsibilities, problem-solving approach, communication, and work experience.
The interviewers were professional and the overall interview experience was positive. After the interviews, the status changed to “Interview Completed” and HR requested documents including salary slips, PAN, passport, and experience details. An experience letter upload link was also shared. However, shortly afterwards, an automated email was received stating that the position was no longer being recruited, and the Workday status changed to “No Longer Under Consideration.”
Overall, the interview process was smooth and the interviewers were supportive, but the recruitment process was disappointing as the requisition was closed after document collection.
