The interview process was a structured yet somewhat unpredictable experience, involving multiple stages where candidates were assessed on their skills, personality, and overall fit for the role, with varying levels of difficulty and engagement throughout.

Question 1
They asked me a fairly typical question about my strengths and how I handle challenges in a work environment, which seemed straightforward but still required a bit of thought to answer properly.
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
Had long aptitude rounds followed by 3 coding questions. All were pretty easy. Followed by a 10 minute interview held online, not technical, just asked personal questions. The coding questions had web design (HTML & CSS), basic DSA (python, C# or java)
Initial aptitude round will be there,once after clearing that round we will be moved to next technical round where we have to introduce ourselves
