"Worst Interview process ever came across!!"
One of my friend working in Accenture uploaded my resume to their job portal through referral program.
I received a call from Accenture HR for interview and they have scheduled F2F on weekend.
It was hard core technical interview (java). Starting from JVM memory management, garbage collection to touching all the major areas of core java & jsp, servlets.
After a weeks time, I was told that, I have cleared F2F technical interview & they asked me to upload all my documents (including 10th, 12th marksheet to salary slips of current employer).
SO GOOD SO FAR.................
Things started behaving weirdly after this..
After uploading all my docs, I was waiting for HR round (they told they have skipped Manager round) for around a month, but I didn't received any call from Accenture HR for next process.
Then one day (after around a month) they replied to my reminder mails saying "There is no open position as of now".
After a week I again received automated call from Accenture to check if I am still interested in opening at Accenture. (Pressed Yes)
Then after 5-6 days later I got call from HR & they scheduled my interview with hiring Manager.
After that interview, I was told that I have cleared managerial round as well. And very soon some HR representative will call me to discuss CTC.
After waiting for more than 2 weeks, I again dropped reminder mail to Accenture HR. Now this time they replied saying "There is no open position currently and hence they are keeping my candidature on hold again"
It was really frustrating.
It was very vague they were taking rounds of 15 mins and at last shortlisted all girls
No boy was selected
The Principal was very biased towards gender and that was very bad

Do you have an experience of working on salesforce?
Very straightforward questions and answer. Typical know how. You will also be interviewed by the team who you will work with. So 2 sets of interviews. Just be yourself. Some interviewers are also kind enough
They conducted two rounds of interviews. The first round was technical, and the second (final) round was managerial.
I attended both interviews and cleared them. After that, they sent me another email inviting me to attend the first round again, i.e., a skill interview.
I sent a polite email asking whether the message was sent by mistake or if I was required to attend another interview. After that, they sent me a rejection email.
