Smooth, clear, accurate, thorough.
After showing interest I got a call back, agreed on a first stage remote interview and then on an in person presentation and interview. The process was clear, the team proactive. No sitting and waiting for days or weeks to have an answer. No last minute cancellations. I was informed and aware of every step taken to interview.

Questions on clinical competencies, managerial and leading questions, time management, project management, multidisciplinary team, equality and diversity while delivering community care.
The interview process was well thought through starting with the 15-minute telephone call, an hours interview with colleagues of the same job role and subsequently a presentation and job interview with chief nurse at all points I felt at ease and relax
