Interview
First, I received an email to setup a call. Then I received a phone call with the recruiter. Then I was notified that I was moving forward to the next round where I met with the Solutions Engineering Manager and Implementations Project Manager. Following that, I had an interview with another Manager and VP of Sales and I had to create a 5 min presentation. I then received the offer and accepted it.

Question 1
What was a scenario where you went out of your way to help a customer?
Truly one of the smoothest interview processes I have been through. They will call you over the phone for a quick chat with the Talent team - Vijay in my case - who will ask questions around your relevant experience. Then onward to a technical interview with the SE manager and lead where they will drill into your experience and answer questions you have. Then off to a demo presentation of a product of your choice. If successful, they will make you an offer.

Interview
The interview process was fairly simple and took about 3 weeks. The initial call starts off with the recruitment team reaching out via phone to discuss your qualifications. The second is a zoom style interview with the solutions engineer manager discussing your experiences in more detail and how it relates to the SE role. Lastly, was another round with two SE managers and the VP of sales enablement. You will conduct a 5-10 min technical presentation about a product or service of your choice and finish off with some questions about your experiences again.

Describe your ability to manage different personalities on your team.
I don't remember a lot of the questions but most of them revolved around your learning ability, curiosity, and presentation skills.
