The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Franklin, TN) in Jun 2008
Interview
Typical 1:1 interview, who are you, what is your education background, your retail experience....managers really nice and friendly. Casual atmosphere. Enjoyed my experience. Casual dress, jeans and polo. They go for the natural look, Natural or no make-up clean shaven for guys and fresh clean hair for girls. Don't have to look like a model, just be really outgoing and friendly. Little to no flashy jewelry, but natural jewelry in neutral tones are nice. No dangly earrings but maybe some small diamonds or pearls are alright or natural stones. You can get a good idea of the look by checking out the website. Good Luck!

Interview
The interview felt distant and impersonal because it was conducted online. It did not seem very hopeful and felt more like an automated process than a genuine opportunity to connect with employers.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What trend do you like at the store and how you would sell it to a customer?
Super simple and casual interview. Not too complex and very normal conversation. Heard back within a day and got hired, filled out tax papers and everything, and never got another call about orientation. It's been 6 months.
I applied online. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch
Interview
Pre-recorded interview but you only get 30 seconds to prepare each question. Fairly easy, but only get one chance to film it. Not a face to face interview though. Good luck!
