There was a three phase interview process with General Manager, Regional Manager, and Director of Operations which covered collections, closing rental agreements, and management. Salary negotiations, training, position responsibilities, hours, benefits, etc. all were covered in the three part interview process.

The interview process started with a phone call then a in person interview which lead to a final zoom meeting it was pretty straight forward and just a conversation about my background and overall experience. Also I learned a little about the role I was interviewing for as well.
