Initial intervie by the Branch Head, Sales experience in insurance is a plus, other industry sales experience is a plus. Consistent /Great sales performance from previous work is a plus. Second interview with Sales Director and Phone interview with the CAO. In most cases the applicant will be required to sell as an agent for 3 months.
