AXA Global Business Services interview questions

Two technical and one HR round . It's good and mostly technical scenario based and previous project related question. And they will evaluate your problem solving skills and different thinking approach .

The first interview was scheduled at the beginning of February 2025, and the fourth round took place on March 21st. After completing the third round, I didn’t receive any updates from HR regarding the next steps. When I followed up for feedback—expecting a positive response—I was informed that there was no update yet from the partner, who was currently travelling. Despite following up consistently over the next 2–3 weeks, I was eventually informed that my candidature had been rejected, citing an operational decision.
