I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at AVI-SPL in Feb 2013
Interview
Fairly straight-forward interview process. No unexpected questions or mind games. The company simply wanted to get to know your qualifications. There were two interviews. The first was more on a level of what type of worker or person you were - basically work ethics. The second was more in-depth focused on the actual job position with questions that were more technical in nature.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at AVI-SPL (Albuquerque, NM) in Sep 2020
Interview
We had a couple phone interviews, followed by an in-person. This was during the pandemic, so it was a little different I think. Asked lots of practical questions that related to the job functions.

Sent in detailed resume and worked with national recruiter. I found a suitable opening in a local office and dropped off resume. It took over 2 months to get an interview as well as 3 addition phone calls. This was a successful process.
