I had an video interview did some scenarios for a little over 30 mins. Did 2 customer service phone scenarios and just went over what to expect from att and how this position operates

If a customer calls upset wanting to cancel their service how would you handle it
Was online interview and it was okay just a lot of scenario questions and even had to do a role play of him pretending to be a customer. It was about 40 or so minutes and is mostly just answering their questions
