The interview was in person with my Director and I had a follow up interview with my AVP the same day. We reviewed the day to day activities of Financial Analyst and leadership expectations for the team.

Interview
Interview was less formal webex call. It included ten minutes of resume review followed by about four standard questions covering obstacles, conflicts, success and how you handled these situations. Emailed that team was selecting someone else within a week.

Interview
Straight forward, HR, Manager interviewed and asked mostly behavioral questions. They asked detailed questions from resume and got back fairly quickly. HR was very straightforward and kept me updated on timing of responses.
