I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AT&T (New York, NY) in Jan 2018
Interview
I entered the interview and the interviewer was very happy and helpful and never made me nervous. The interview was very helpful to me as it add alot of experience to me
The interview process for the AT&T call center was pretty straightforward and not too hard. I applied online, did a short phone screen, and then had a simple interview with a supervisor who asked basic customer service questions. Nothing tricky... they mostly wanted to see if I could talk normally, handle upset customers, and follow instructions. After that, there was a quick computer test to make sure I could type and move through screens. Once I passed the background check, they gave me a start date. Overall, it was a smooth, average process and not stressful.
