First thing a prem tech does is take a Logical Test to see if you can understand the concepts that you might be put in front of. This is just the first step to getting the interview. You then have a one on one interview with the hiring manager. If you pass this you will be sent for a physical assessment consisting of doing a sit-up and holding it in various positions. If you pass that you will be sent to drug and background screening. Then after all that is clear you will MAYBE get a job if there is space, just when you think they arent going to call you after 2-3 months you get the call back to start.
