I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ALDI (Bolton, England) in Feb 2024
Interview
The interview process was fragmented and poorly signposted leaving me regularly feeling like I had been forgotten. At first it felt like it would be a quick process as they skipped the phone interview stages, but the process ended up taking months. The only communication I had was when I contacted them.
After spending a lot of time on this and having a final interview, I got a generic email to decline me with 0 feedback.
Just a really poor experience that's entirely put me off applying to work with Aldi in the future.

Question 1
Not very many competency questions or questions about my past roles. Mostly telling me what I would be doing and asking if I could do that.
