The initial phone screening was okay. There wasn’t much clarity on what exactly the job duties were, but the conversation was pleasant enough. Went through two separate rounds of interviews AND was assigned a writing sample (on a Friday to be submitted by end of day Monday)… only to be ghosted. I received no feedback from either interview or the writing sample. I truly believe they stole my submitted work and are probably using it. Also I had to follow up both times to get another interview… looking back, the red flags were there.
