      Power and Automation Leader Interview

      Jul 22, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Milwaukee, WI
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ABB (Milwaukee, WI) in Nov 2012

      Interview

The interview went very well. The first round was between an individual and I. This was the standard interview process about my experiences, the company, and the typical tell me about a time interview questions. The second round I was flown to New Berlin, Wisconsin. This was a great experience. The dinner allowed the management and current PAL employees informally establish a relationship. It was a relaxed setting and great way to start knowing the formal process would take the entire next day. The next day ABB formally familiarized the interviewers and the interviewees. In addition, ABB described it's benefits in a formal presentation setting. Once this was complete the interview process started with about 4 interviewers for 2 hours (30 min each) and a tour of the factory. Overall the experience was great.
