first they wants you to fill the application. and after that they tells you that they gonna call you and once they really need an employee they calls you. then they starts you training for couple of days and start you to work on their schedule.
The interview process was easy and smooth. It started with a brief introduction, followed by a few questions about my background, experience, and future goals. The interviewer was friendly and made the conversation comfortable.
