The benefits package at 7-11 is actually pretty fair. You have the option to just get the basic or extended benefits package. Other benefits that were of value to me were bereavement leave, sick leave, and maternity leave. At these times, the manager was very understanding and helpful. At one point she helped me with temporary disability after I had a very bad car accident (unrelated to work). No free lunches or snacks but we were allowed beverages from the machines (coffee or fountain drinks.

The benefits package is really good, it covers the vision, dental and other health issues. Also covers a percent for medicines, 6 sick days.
