I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at 7-Eleven (Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2016
Interview
It was fast. I walked in, talked to the manager. He asked me a few questions and I got hired immediately. However, the computer-based training is long. It took me a few days to complete it and it was mentally exhausting.
Just 1 interview with manager. It was an in person interview. I was asked customer service related questions. stregnth weakness. How you work underpressure etc. How you learn quickly. What is your availability?
Very short very easy nothing too crazy that you don’t know about. Mainly personal experience questions nothing technical like if you know how to use this or that, only the system to do customer transactions and clocking in and out as well as learning how to use slurpee machines etc.
