I was asked if I had a criminal history and what hours I am available. Thats it. I was hired immediately on the spot. I came in the next day for a training video and then I started on the registers the very next day. The video was to make sure I knew how to ID customers when buying age restricted items and also taught me the rules and procedures and things to do in an emergency.

Easy, quick, and polite manager. Took no more than 15 minutes and was told I can start the following week. Inquired about previous retail experience and if I had worked at a convince store before.

Interview
They scheduled the interview and once I got ready spend my time to reach there they said they already hired someone. Why are you wasting time of people if you already hired.
Smooth and not pressure, everything goes well, store manager very friendly. Its took only 10 to 15 minutes of interview. Just a simple and important question. Need to walk in to fill up the form.
