Interview
I applied online early-mid 2022, the next day i received an email with 2 forms to fill and a coding test to do within few days. Once completed i scheduled an initial call with HR, very friendly, just to know me better and gave me a little quiz at the end ( nothing technical ). Next step was a technical interview with a senior developer. Overall it went well, However after few days, the HR emailed me they regret no to proceed with my application and it was not easy decision after all.

Interview
~Interviewed more than a year from date of submission, take this with a grain of salt as their processes may have changed~
Went through the usual resume submission on the portal. The HR team was quick to revert and requested that I fill out 2 rather lengthy Google Forms that covered everything from personal interests to industry related topics.
I was then invited for a F2F interview (pre-CB) at their office where I was interviewed by 2 people (1 from the team and 1 from HR). Questions were straightforward enough and felt like the interview went alright. Which was why it was such a surprise that I heard nothing back for 2 weeks. Following which I sent a follow up email and only got a reply another week later that they decided not to hire for that position at all??
