      Pros

Ross cares about your development and there are a lot of people you can ask for help if you want further explanation of any task. Be prepared to work long hours! It’s a very fast-paced position and there’s a lot to do at once from regular OTB tasks to managing vendor relationships and ad how projects.

      Cons

There used to be more flexibility with work from home and now we have to come in 4x in office.
