What is the hiring process like at Penske Automotive Group?

Great hiring process, great management, staff, and system.

No cons. It's a great company.

PAG is simply "the best" automotive employer, period! The HR Dept is extremely professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the hiring process. PAG always provides a fabulous work environment, with high level, and professional colleagues (ready to help), at every turn. I am thrilled and honored to call PAG my home.

Honestly, there is not even one thing that I would change.

Penske is the model of professionalism and the standard for what any company should desire in every process. From the hiring process through orientation all the way to daily program's and procedures at the work place one could not ask for a better and more comfortable environment. There are genuine professional programs on all levels and they make it seamless to be integrated into. Not only on a professional level but allowing you to feel a through your apart of much bigger family with PAG. Such a benefit to come to work for an organization like this every day.

There are none I can see to be honest.

Employees are friendly and management is engaged. HR also holds management accountable.

The hiring process takes much too long. Most people don't have the time to wait this long and it's hurting the talent acquisition. Health insurance takes too long to kick in. When starting out it takes much too long to get paid, especially if you paid through a bonus structure.

Hiring process keeps staff professional. Does good job at keep appropriate staff.

Long hours and lots does pay cuts

Welcoming associates, that seem like they are great people to learn off of as well. Constantly engaging with me to better my month. As soon as I entered the store as a new hire, I was brought in like a baby at the firehouse steps.

Maybe we could use some more options on the coffee machine...
