Unsafe environment, drivers are pushed to drive full tilt all the time, new employees are kept to close to end of probation then turfed just before make union, constantly hiring because demands are too high, very misogynistic environment.

In my experience, there has been no "cons" for working for Penske. The team here is driven to allow our employees to succeed.

I love the company. I had a family emergency and had to leave the company after 4 years or so, and I relocated, went to a different dealership in another state, and quickly realized how “together” Penske has their stuff. From the people, to the facilities, to the processes, and benefits… I’m SOOO thankful to be back with a company that actually values its employees, acknowledges efforts, and just all around is the best.

It’s a large company so processes can be a little behind (we still can’t accept Apple Pay for payment)

Working with others at Penske can be very rewarding, there are many great people and teammates here. The General Managers are excellent individuals and really are here to help administration positions succeed. If you can stick it out, specifically in sales and service roles, there are many opportunities to be promoted. Compensation, at least for my administrative role, is competitive for the DMV area.

The specific office I work in is a little toxic by the higher, executive management. The methods of communication by my manager are inappropriate, unprofessional, and unpredictable. One day you think you're doing great, and the next you are in direct fear of your job. This inconsistency is nerve-wracking, and extremely counter-productive.

Pros

this place has great benefits. You can earn a good amount of money if you apply yourself. We here at Honda of Turnersville have a great service team

Cons

Servey's plays a big role here at Honda. Sometimes too much work not enough workers. Some days can be hectic and overwhelming
