There are big differences from team to team in terms of the competence of the managers, the time flexibility (office or wfh) and the importance of diversity and inclusion. I would like to elaborate on the last point in particular, as I think Novo is still at the very beginning in terms of D&I, especially at CPH headquarters. D&I should not only be about age and nationality, but we should also hire more neurodiverse people and give them the opportunity to feel valued and comfortable. In my first two teams this worked wonderfully, but in my current team the opposite is true.
Unfortunately, I also feel that some younger (female) employees are sometimes underestimated and that managers can be quite biased towards them.
Another disadvantage is the fast pace of work and the generally high expectations which can lead to burnout.
