Good benefits package, flex time.

Cons

They treat people like robots. You have to account for every second you're on the clock. Don't care about quality of work. Just push it through and whatever hPpens, happens! No overtime. No growth opportunities unless you know and are friends with the "right" people! Fires their hardest workers while incompetent butt kissers keep theirs.

The hours are great and the benefits are really good as well. Health insurance and dental are really great coverage and the vitality program is so helpful in keeping costs down. I also love the ability to take up to 40 days off per year or more if you need.

Cons

Its not enough money I dont think for what youre doing. They claim the pay is low because the benefits but I think they would retain more people if the pay was better. When they arent on a hiring freeze there can be a lot of opportunities for growth but theyve been on a hiring freeze on and off for the majority of the time I've worked here.
