      Pros

LinkedIn has great benefits for its employees and the culture is generally really amazing. The PTO policies are pretty flexible and I have the freedom to work from home most days of the week.

      Cons

The mobility is awful. On my team it's super difficult to get a promotion and the pay is also really low. Just depends on what you prioritize.
