Every quarter end you do up to 3 weeks of overtime. Minimum of 12 hour shifts sometimes for more 7 days straight. The managers are nit good at all. They are not nice, they lie, the change things without notice… too much stress and lack of conditions for such a low pay. All that and the huge extra hours you put in are paid bi-annually.
