What are some insights into the application process at Infosys?

      Pros

Campus facilities are good, gym, cafeteria, decor on grounds, all very fancy. Work bench is there which helps.

      Cons

Extremely stringent policies Way too much documentation - mind you HR team isn't going to be helpful or professional with you throughout the process. They will scrutinize your documents even more strictly than a visa application process. Very poor pay structure - multiple mandatory deductions in the name of employee benefits, they won't give you a give if you are joining here , they make an excuse by saying 'salary slab issue' which is absolutely false. Even one person at 4B can be at 6.5 LPA, whereas another can be at 11 LPA. The point is simply to deny a hike somehow. Interview rejection communication will be zero, if you apply here, you need to take the headache of following up. Also annual hike of promotional hike is extremely low but at a lead level notice period is of 3 months. You will have to wait for 30-40 mins in campus to get your cab after shift which they won't clarify. This will easily extend your stay in campus by 45 mins to an hour depending on when you get the cab, even after you have shipped out. Office politics is a lot , you need to have friends at every level to make it work it here.
