      Pros

Great Salary band. Good stock option. Free food. Lots of Gifts in special occasions.

      Cons

I joined Informatica after seeing their impressive 4.2-star rating on Glassdoor, but my experience took a downturn with the promotion of a new manager. Unfortunately, his leadership style has been problematic. He engages in micromanagement, disproportionately affecting employees outside his favored geographical region in India. The work environment has deteriorated significantly, with the manager often contacting us after hours and making unreasonable demands. He also publicly mocks employees who don’t agree with him in meetings. Despite the existence of the POSH Act and managerial reviews, these seem ineffective. Under his management, personal and professional life have become non-existent, and there’s little to no opportunity for personal development. Dissent is not tolerated; if you disagree with him, you risk being labeled negatively in front of the team. It’s disheartening to see how one individual’s poor management can overshadow the strengths of a previously reputable organization like Informatica. The hiring of someone without a management degree into a managerial role raises questions about the company’s credibility and decision-making. ** You need to know Telugu in order to work efficiently. Great place to start your career as you get to learn a lot of things. They give you an opportunity to work on real-world projects despite being a fresher/intern.

      Cons

Delayed full-time conversion of almost all R&D interns Failed to deliver what was promised in colleges They make you overwork, stretch for longer hours, no WLB, your health can also be affected. Poor roadmap of our team and goals are also unclear. Almost all members of my team have spoken about being frustrated.
