What is the salary like at Honeywell?

Lots of benefits and perks and also great pay with plenty of optional overtime

Lots of computer programs and assignments for the onboarding process

Great work culture, Decent pay, Company's expectations regarding performance & behavior are well defined and Hybrid with a three to two work schedule (3 days on-site and 2 days off-site)

I've only been working for 1 month, and to be honest I can't come up with any down sides. So far so good.

The pay is better than competitors in the area and plenty of room for advancement. The responsibilities and tasks will depend on what product you assigned to and if you are repair and overall or OEM. You will likely be doing many of the same task's day to day, as many of the complaints that come in for a product are caused from the same failing parts. Occasionally you will have units you will need to do research on in order to repair. The company enviorment is relaxed, but very strict on policies as they need to be for FAA requirments.

Your expereice will truley be as good as you supervisor is. Your are assigned to a team and if it is not managed well or you have coworkers with a bad attitude you will have a difficult time. The company is largly virtual in respect to HR or IT inquiries. They are difficult to obtain what you need at times.
