Interview process was personable. They were more interested in finding out if candidates are a good fit for the specific team they are going to join.

There are no pros in HR Policy. The politics is so worst. You won't get promotions easily plus HR is always out of UAE. There is no correct time to speak with HR. She is so unprofessional.

1) If you have given interview, just know they take interviews for time pass. They qualify almost everyone for the interview and will hang you for 4-5 months and then reject you saying now there is no vacancy. 2) HR never even reply back and the hiring process is so unprofessional and biased. 3) And if you are on contract term or on probation period, they will inform you at the last moment and if you are not continuing they will simply kick you out and no compensation.

No growth potential whatsoever, people who take initiative are ignored, new ideas for services that are proven to make money are ignored, overall HR review process changes yearly and absolutely lack transparency.

Only office location was good

Extremely toxic work culture. Managers don’t even know how to manage which leads to lot of rework. They don’t care about the team. Calling at 12 AM every other day and pressurising for unnecessary changes. Weekend working almost every week. They have hire and fire culture. Nobody stays here for a long time. There is no formal process of performance review and feedback, they just get the work done in busy season and then fire employees in lean season without any feedback. Even HRs dont give a damn. Everyone is just counting days till they find some other company. There were several instances wherein managers didn’t reply to your calls/ msges and suddenly on weekend they’ll call you and shout for the delays. You will be thrown out if you don’t lick their boots.

Worst company I have worked with. Was hired for one process which I was okay with, but they put me in another. Made pleas with the leader to consider my career path but forcefully kept me in that process only. Adamant and Worst leadership, worst people, worst work quality, worst work life balance, worst work culture. Low chances of growth. On an informal note, people kept asking about caste, meaning, which caste do I belong to. I can’t imagine how they treat once they get to know about other people’s caste. A professional workspace should be free of any such discriminatory discussions, which lacks here.
