Pros
No pros I can think of.
Cons
1) No work life balance 2) Office Politics to the core 3) Company does not follow labour laws. If you opt for PF even if your sal is above 10lks p.a the company wants you to pay the employee and employer share. 4) I was asked to adjust and take my own transport for couple of months while doing night shift (1:30 pm to 10:0 pm IST). This was when I received an offer from this company. When I said since, I am female and as per the labour law of India drop must be provided by the company and if drop is not provided then I will not be able to accept the offer. That's when the HR told me that, they are looking to arrange for drop facility for the employees who work in night shift. 5) Descrepencies in Offer and Appointment Letters. The amount mentioned on offer letter - Basic, PF and Gratuity (fixed components) was different from my appointment letter. When I raised this with the HR. The very competent HR told me its just a matter of Rs 10 to Rs 15. I was shocked to hear especially coming from an HR. This company reminds me of gas stations who steal few drops of petrol from every customer and say its just few drops. Pathetic company. 6) Unlimited leaves. Sounds so good right? Surprise Surprise... You are eligible only for 4 paid sick leaves. The Unlimited leaves works in the favor of the company coz when an employee puts down his/her papers they can not negotiate there notice period with the earned leaves. 7) Holidays are not defined. So, if you're working for UK based clients you would not know if you have to follow Indian or UK Holidays. When questioned your manager will tell you that its a pilot process so, he/she has to check with the client if you have to take Indian Holidays. 8) While you're on leave you are expected to be logged in through out the shift so, that you can help your clients with an urgent requests. So, what is the point of taking leave when you have to be in front of your system through out the shift? They forget that, its called a normal working day and not leave when you're glued to your system while you are on leave. This company is an Advisory company but it does not follows any labour laws. Especially India. Be it PF, Leaves, Drops for female employees who are doing night shifts, Discrepancies in your offer and appointment letters. I would have give a -5 start if I had that option. I have worked in a lot of big mnc's but I have never seen such a pathetic and worse company. This is the reason why people are quitting this company and the attrition is sky rocketing. I am unsure about other awards but this company will surely receive an award for the highest attrition.
