The hours are great, offering a healthy work-life balance, and there’s plenty of room for advancement if you're looking to grow your career. One of the best parts of working here is the incredible teamwork; everyone looks out for each other and works together to get the job done right. Highly recommend for anyone looking to build a strong future in security or operations.

I do wish I worked a little closer to home, but it's a minor inconvenience—and definitely worth it for the experience and environment.

A lot of opportunities to make extra money with overtime, which is nice, especially with the new deductions for it.

When you do the interview, they mention that you rarely work overtime and start later on some days to reduce any overtime you may have at the end of the week, but that's not entirely true. They expect you to complete all the work assigned to you, plus more. Also, they are supposed to pay you incentives for high productivity, but that ended after about 2 weeks, plus you never actually know how much pto you have, nor does anyone in the building.

Garda World given me a site at a reputed bank within 1 months they transfered my position and shift me to another. It's been a long time working with Garda World but I have not been provided opportunity to carry forward my career by assigning me better position.
