none really, highest pay for most sites is less than or equal to minium wage, unlike other security companies. only pro I can honestly give is the people you work with. some are cool and they make it worth it. but besides that its a run of the mill meat grinder

low pay yes man supervisors long hours inconsiderate when life happens union won't help you, or if you try to get help from them, GARDA will just fire you or demonize you to your team, forcing you to quit due to all the harrasment. they care more about the bottom line than guard safety, finding a full time spot is hard at the start, they give you a uniform sure, but no information on how and where to get a placement. you have to find that out yourself and hope to god they answer the phone. Have a good supervisor? dont worry, they'll break him eventually ot force him to quit and replace him with a GARDA yes man that wont care about the team or their lives and what they go through honestly just avoid garda at all costs, other securtity companies dont hire guards from GARDA because of the lack of quality guards you get from GARDA.

None. Absolutely Big Pile of shiet company

Too many to list: - Bully new employees - High stress work - Pay is ok but the work drives you crazy - Payroll department is a big pile of shiet. Errors on every pay. When you send emails to let them know the paycheck was wrong....no reply (12 emails so far for same issue) - Managers are clueless And many more...

Uniforms are nice and free Pay and benefits are okay You meet interesting people Hours are flexible

Negative reinforcement is management's only tool. Constant micromanagement Understaffed much of the time Payroll is constantly making mistakes - we need to be continuously vigilant with our paystub just to make sure we aren't being ripped off Anyone who is a hard worker and an asset to the company leaves for greener pastures Staff room is a disgusting hole in the ground

Bunch of good guys, like everywhere some not so good, especially the ones with higher seniority – they are VERY IMPORTANT
