Does ExxonMobil offer dental insurance?

Pros

The benefits and pay are pretty good if you stick around long-term--not many places have pension plans anymore. The benefits include good medical, dental, and vision plans as well as a mental health program. You can get a lot of vacation days if you stay with the company long enough.

Cons

The corporation's attitude towards the environment will not be improving anytime soon, and all of their energy forecasts are overly optimistic with regards to the future of oil & gas. As an employee, morale has been awful since the surprise "performance-related firings" in July, and upcoming layoffs certainly don't help.
