Does there seem to be diversity at Equinix?

Great when it comes to diversity and inclusion. A lot of groups within the company supporting everyone.

Working with a quota is normal, but can be stressful for some.

While the culture is exemplified with the emergence of diversity and inclusivity, some regions where the culture must be practiced are not yet fully observed.

Great culture and people. Company doing well financially. Good diversity and inclusion initiatives and interest groups.

New CEO so company going through organizational changes resulting in some layoffs, uncertainty and spinning among employees. Strategy is a good one but the journey may come at a cost. Pay is not great, but value of shares (if employees entitled to shares) could make up for it. Not many opportunities and no clear path for upward progression due to size and structure of company and team. Lack of true transparency from senior management.

There's good stability and diversity in options for career progression.

The day to day work conditions can get very restrictive and uncreative, mandated heavily by upper management without outside input. But this trend is very similar to other corporations.

Pay is the only thing that’s positive

Toxic culture. No real feedback taken,, it’s a culture of toxic positivity. You can survive in the company only if you ego massage the leaders. Thrives on favoritism. No scope for growth and development. Overworked employees. Employees are worried to speak up. The leaders do not practice what they preach. Diversity and inclusion is just a farse for leaders to get their bonuses. The culture doesn’t support diversity.

Good business model and market opportunity

Slow decision making, increasingly political, leaders who focus on CYA, lip service to inclusive culture but not role modeled

Supportive, inclusive, good culture, pay and conditions.

US corporation, reporting results to Wall Street, so can be pressureful.

Open and inclusive environment, good leadership and growth opportunities

Nothing bad to say for the department but other teams are sometimes hard to work with
