      Great culture, but morale is low and there’s constant restructuring

      Great company culture. Typical west coast company. Well known company with good reputation

      Cons

      Constant restructuring Mgmt out of touch with what sales is doing So much red tape that nothing gets done I spend 80% of my time on support and billing issues, most of which are Equinix self induced Very low morale and many people leaving Not a great place to work

      Great people in various internal roles.

      Cons

      CRO and Senior leadership failed with execution of their CS REORGANIZATION! They laid off exceptional and tenured talent who were either not replaced or new job requisitions filled with external candidates. Upon making internal employees aware of layoffs, they did so in such a callous manner with complete disregard for humanity. It was literally appalling and disgusting! The ‘Magic of Equinix’ (I belong. I matter. I feel safe.) is no longer present and hasn’t been for over two years. No work life balance. Everyone is just a number so why be an over achiever in such an awful space. Morale is lower than ever!

      Pros

      Equinix has a strong culture, a clear vision, and a collaborative environment where people are willing to help each other succeed. The work is interesting, the company invests in innovation, and there are opportunities to learn, grow, and work with talented colleagues across different regions. The office environment is excellent, there are opportunities to travel, and the overall employee experience is very positive. Compensation is also excellent, with competitive pay, bonus, and equity.

      Cons

      As the company has grown, decision-making can be slower, and navigating a large global organization can occasionally be challenging.
